Trudy Tabler, BCC

Trudy Tabler is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their personal and professional power. With over a decade of expertise in human behavior and motivation, Trudy leverages her knowledge to help others become catalysts for change in their own lives. Her extensive background in leadership has given her a deep understanding of the responsibilities that come with influence, and she remains committed to leading by example.

 

A dedicated scholar and lifelong learner, Trudy has channeled her passion for understanding human behavior into pursuing a terminal degree. She is currently a PhD candidate in Social Psychology, applying her research to shape the philosophies and strategies that define PBMI.

 

Trudy’s journey began in cosmetology, where she earned the distinguished title of Master Instructor of Cosmetology. She credits this foundation—and her love of teaching—as the driving forces behind her commitment to personal growth and education. This passion led her to earn a Master of Executive Leadership degree, and she is now completing her dissertation to finalize her PhD.

Beyond her academic achievements, Trudy is a Board Certified Coach and holds a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, reflecting her dedication to personal development and continuous improvement.

Mindy Gulas, Kinesiologist, Certified Wellness Coach, Co-Founder

 

Mindy Gulas is devoted to empowering women on their journey toward holistic well-being. Her career has been rooted in her curiosity of why people do what they do, with training as a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist, and more recently a holistic Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine coach bringing a new perspective to her extensive expertise to truly address the unique needs of each client. 

 

In addition to her wellness coaching, Mindy is a seasoned Ergonomics Consultant, partnering with both small businesses and large corporations to improve worker well-being and prevent injuries. Her dedication to promoting health and facilitating behavior change extends to her role as a part-time Professor, where she inspires and mentors the next generation of wellness professionals.

 

Mindy’s commitment to advancing her knowledge is reflected in her impressive credentials. She is certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, High-Performance Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach (Level 1), and Pilates Instructor. As a Brain-Based Practitioner, Mindy integrates neuroscience principles into her coaching to deliver transformative results.

 

Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Mindy has immersed herself in studies on Sleep, Stress, and Recovery, and is currently working toward certification as a Menopause Coach Specialist. Her holistic expertise and dedication make her a trusted resource for women striving to improve their health, resilience, and overall quality of life.
